Plumbing Technician – MACS Plumbing Company (Santa Fe, NM)
Position:
We’re seeking a motivated Plumbing Technician with a minimum of 4 years of plumbing experience. Boiler experience or a strong residential service background is highly desirable.Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems.
Work on water heaters, boilers, water softeners, and general service calls.
Maintain a clean, organized company truck (parked at shop nightly).
Communicate clearly with customers and office staff.
Uphold MACS Plumbing’s standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
4+ years of plumbing experience (Journeyman license minimum).
Boiler experience is a plus.
Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and customer service mindset.
Must pass a background check and provide a valid driver’s license.

MACS Plumbing Company – Santa Fe, NM
Part-Time or Full-Time | $18 per hourMACS Plumbing Company is looking for a motivated plumbing student who wants real, hands-on experience in the field. This role is ideal for someone currently enrolled in a plumbing program at a technical community college and eager to grow their skills specifically in residential service plumbing.
You’ll work directly alongside a licensed master plumber—riding in the truck to every job, learning how to diagnose issues, install premium systems including The Onyx Collection shower systems, and work with Water-Right water treatment and filtration products.
This is a mentorship-focused role designed to help you build a strong foundation for your plumbing career.
What You’ll Do
Assist with residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations
Support installation of The Onyx Collection shower systems
Assist with installing Water-Right premium water treatment and filtration systems
Ride along with the lead plumber to every job
Retrieve tools, parts, and supplies as needed
Participate in diagnosing plumbing issues and understanding solutions
Assist with ordering parts and picking up materials from suppliers
Help with simple social media content creation (photos, short clips, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
Maintain clean and organized tools, work areas, and company vehicle
Represent MACS Plumbing Company professionally in customer homes and at occasional public promotional events
Follow safety procedures and job-site best practices
